Refund & Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Return


Items may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days after you receive the parcel.

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and kept in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be complete
  • Customized, personalized and clearance sale items are non-returnable

2. Non-Refundable Situation


  • Slight color difference, handmade tiny flaw and manual measurement error are normal features, not supported for free return or refund
  • Damage caused by personal wearing, collision, bathing, labor and improper maintenance is not covered by return
  • Gold-plated items will have normal natural fading after long-term wear, which is a normal physical feature and not a quality problem

3. Refund Process


  1. Contact our customer service via Email / WhatsApp / WeChat to apply for return
  2. We will reply and provide return instruction within working hours
  3. Send back the item following our designated return method
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment channel

4. Return Shipping Fee


Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item has confirmed quality problem or delivery error on our side.

5. Order Cancellation


Unshipped orders can be cancelled by contacting customer service. Once the parcel is dispatched, order cancellation is not available and shall follow the return policy.
