They are shipped directly from our workshop, so please allow 10–20 business days for delivery (international shipping delays may occasionally apply). Individual pieces may have tiny natural minor imperfections, which are normal features of handcrafted goods and not valid reasons for return or refund. Perfectionists please purchase carefully. All sizes are manually measured, please allow slight dimensional errors, kindly understand. Our gold-toned accessories are gold-plated only, not real solid gold. Slight fading over time is normal and inevitable, please be aware before purchasing. Silver-toned styles have better color retention, but we do not guarantee they will never fade, tarnish or age with long-term wear. Please take off the accessory during sports, heavy work, bathing or showering. Avoid strong impact, collision, water and chemical contact to prevent damage and tarnishing.
